Then, in Midtown, we talk to Luisa Díaz, former beauty queen and Venezuelan actress,who told us about her book “Sexy is Timeless” and the work she does with the “Mi Amor Gala” Foundation to help victims of domestic violence. Then, in the framework of the International Congress on Historical Links between Spain and North America organized by the Cervantes Institute and the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of City College, Carmen Boullosa interviews British writer and History profesor at the University of Notre Dame Felipe Fernández-Armesto, author of one of the most comprehensive books on the history of food. And we’ll finish with Eduardo Cabra, also known by his stage name, Visitante. He’s a Puerto Rican musician, composer, and multi-instrumentalist artist who’s part of the famous band “Calle 13.” He’s also the producer with the most nominations and awards in the history of the Latin Grammys. In 2017, he won the Producer of the Year award.”
