The Luisa Diaz Foundation supports organizations and individuals who directly impact communities through acts of kindness. A cornerstone of her work is the MAG Gala (Mi Amor Graciousness Gala), an annual charity event held in both Los Angeles and New York. This event celebrates kindness and honors survivors, raising funds and awareness for organizations like Safe Passage Heals and Sanctuary for Families.
A Decade of Impact
The MAG Gala, now in its 11th year, serves as a platform to showcase the strength and resilience of survivors. A particularly moving segment of the gala is the “Runway of Hope,” where survivors walk with confidence, symbolizing their journey from hardship to healing.
Recognition and Achievements
Luisa Diaz’s dedication has garnered widespread recognition. She has received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition, a citation from the Mayor of New York City, and the titles of Mrs. Universe TCP 2025 and Ms. Venezuela International. May 15th has been declared “Luisa Diaz Day” in New York, solidifying her legacy of kindness.
