The MAG Gala is a celebration of kindness. We are recognizing the angels that empower other angels with broken wings through the gift of love. The Luisa Diaz Foundation whose overarching theme is “Kindness is Cool” aims to celebrate the great things that individuals and organization are doing in their community. Our annual MAG Gala event raises funds for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. The Gala will feature the “Runway of Hope” with courageous survivors who have experienced different hardships in their life including domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking, and are now on the road to rebuilding their lives. The walk on the “Runway of Hope” signifies the transition from a place of darkness to one of hope and light. The cohosts for the night will be the Founder/CEO of the MAG GALA Luisa Diaz in collaborationg with Emmy award winning Ernie Anastos. The Luisa Diaz Foundation will be handing out several awards to individuals and organizations who have made a positive impact on their communities. There will also be a live auction hosted by beloved NYC comedian/actor/writer Seth Herzog. TikTok and Youtube personality JohnnyDrinks will be serving a signature “Kindness is Cool” cocktail.
This event will raise money for survivors of domestic violence and huma taffiquing. Join our snowball of kindness to continue to grow, inspire, empower, and provide hope and opportunities for people to change their lives and improve the world around them. The 9th annual MAG Gala is taking place in New York on May 18th, 2023 at the Plaza Hotel. The Luisa Diaz Foundation is a 501c3 and all ticket purchases and donations are tax deductible.
